Single Component Resin Adhesive
Product Description
Ubabond U30 is a single component, fast curing resin adhesive for bonding veneers and laminates. U30 is a safe adhesive that requires no mixing or hardeners. Simply use heat when pressing substrates for the perfect bond without any issue of bleedthrough.

Ubabond U30
Directions for Use
Substrates to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. For laminates, surfaces should be flat. Apply Ubabond U30 manually via a glue roller or an automatic glue roller. It is designed for use with a hot press. For best results only apply a low coat weight of U30. Clean application equipment after use with warm water. We recommend 80-100grams/m.
Application Instructions
- Pre-treat the bonding surfaces to ensure they are even, clean, dust free and grease free
- Wood Moisture – 6% to 12%
- Clean with lukewarm water if the adhesive has not set
