Every time an order is placed we will ask for your card details and the three digits. We can also give you confidence that this information is encrypted so that your details are not seen by any other personal. A member of the team will only contact customers regarding payments if there are any issues with payment or a refund is required.

Payments are made via Sage Pay’s Payment Service Provider which ensures that all transcations are kept secure at all times. All information passed between our site and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128bit SSL Certificates. No cardholder’s information is ever passed encrypted, nothing going through Sage Pay’s Servers are exanimed or modify to access information.

Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor and an Approved Scanning Vendorr for hte payment card brands. Sage Pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and is a fully approved Level 1 Payment Service Provider.
