Celebrating 25 years of Adkwik!

This year, 2019 marks Adkwik’s 25th Anniversary, and we would like to thank you and all our loyal customers for your business over the years.

You may have recently become a customer and wondered where we came from and how we got to where we are now. Well to cut a very long story short, here’s a simple snapshot of the last 25 years.

In 1994, Adkwik was started out of the garage, and by 2000 we moved into a bigger premises in Cambridge.  In 2006 KAS Adhesives was purchased which broadened our territories. Six years later in 2012 we moved to online and launched our first website, www.adkwik.co.uk. By 2017 our team had doubled in size to support our rapid growth.

This success meant we needed to find a bigger premises, so in 2018 we moved into new premises, 10 times larger than our old. We now have a warehouse which is adequate for all our customer’s needs. Meaning more stock and a larger range of products.

In 2019 we have invested in machinery to support our adhesive operations. Our team has continued to grow right to today.
