The glue comes in a single-component format that you can use straight from the container or as a two-component system that you can mix easily. 

Single component PU adhesives:

Single-component PU adhesives are reliable, convenient, and flexible. 

They possess unique elastic properties that make them ideal for product assembly and construction. Also, the formula is less prone to shrinkage during curing and can effectively absorb vibrations and impacts.

Use straight from the container with your preferred adhesive applicator.

Two-part PU adhesives:

Two-part PU adhesives consist of a resin and hardener and can bond numerous materials, including metal, timber, most forms of insulation and uPVC. They perform reliably, even in extreme conditions.

Our solvent-free Timbond X600 PU Adhesive kit has excellent eco-friendly credentials, meeting the EMICODE EC1 plus specification for ‘very low emissions’.

This is an exceedingly critical requirement in construction, helping you stay a step ahead of your competitors.

PU Training 

As of 24 August 2023, adequate training is required before industrial or professional use with PU Adhesives. Make sure you and your employees have completed the training here.
